How to Request Return / Replacement

Important Guidelines:

Customers can return or exchange defective/damaged products within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

It is mandatory to record a complete unboxing video, starting from opening the outer package till product inspection.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Products should not have any physical damage and must be returned with original packaging & accessories.

For change of mind / exchange (non-defective items), customers must bear ₹300 shipping charges (pickup + re-delivery).
Note: Returns are subject to approval.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Only replacement will be provided in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp.

If approved, refund will be provided as Best-1 Cover House Store Credit.

Store credit can be used to purchase any product of equal or higher value.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

In case of cancellation after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted.
