📦 Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories intact

How to Request Return / Replacement

Important Guidelines:

  • Customers can return or exchange defective/damaged products within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • It is mandatory to record a complete unboxing video, starting from opening the outer package till product inspection.

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Products should not have any physical damage and must be returned with original packaging & accessories.

  • For change of mind / exchange (non-defective items), customers must bear ₹300 shipping charges (pickup + re-delivery).
    Note: Returns are subject to approval.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Screen Protectors

  • Electronic Items (Earphones, Chargers, Cables, etc.)

Only replacement will be provided in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp.

  • If approved, refund will be provided as Best-1 Cover House Store Credit.

  • Store credit can be used to purchase any product of equal or higher value.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.


❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • In case of cancellation after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted.


🚚 Delivery Policy

We ensure safe and secure delivery of all products.
Open delivery is not supported.
We request customers to cooperate with delivery partners and avoid disputes during delivery.
